Peer-Tutoring and homework help, in all subjects, is available after school on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:15 – 5:15 at our Study Buddy Club in the cafeteria.

There are teachers and talented students available to help students learn in all areas, but especially in Math.  No advance sign-up is required—students can drop in, but they must arrive by 3:30, and they must stay for an hour.  Students are also expected to come ready to learn, with assignments to work on, or a sense of what kind of homework help is needed.

Please take advantage of this tremendous opportunity and come to Study Buddy Club!

Principal’s Message

Assessment and Accountability have become key watchwords in public education.  This is a good thing.  Assessment, whether it’s the daily, ongoing checks of student learning or major tests and final exams,  is where we support and improve learning, measure progress, and see all of the hard work and fun of learning pay off.  Accountability is the bottom line—the buck stops here.  In public education, our product is student learning.  Assessment is how we support and measure learning.  Accountability is all about the responsibility for learning, a shared responsibility of our entire school community:  teachers, staff, and administrators; students, parents, and families, too.  We are all responsible for learning.
